Donations to Hospice Foundation of Western New York

Each year Home Connections Palliative Care Program provides services to families in need of care and support. Home Connections is an affiliate of Hospice Buffalo. Donations and in-kind gifts to Hospice Foundation of Western New York help support Home Connections and hospice care for those who otherwise could not pay. They also support patient, family and community education projects, as well as volunteer training and other programs that benefit Erie County.

Hospice Foundation of Western New York is a tax-exempt charitable organization (Tax ID: 22-3137812) and donations are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.
